Notice Regarding 2025 Annual Membership

JBF call for members for companies and organizations that support and agree with the purpose of our activities. Our scope and activities can be found here.

Member (Pharma company)

Membership Requirements
  • Applicants will agree with the objectives, projects and activities of JBF.
  • Pharma and Biotech companies with bioanalysis.
Benefits of Membership
  • Free admission to the JBF symposium for two people.
  • Company name can be listed on the JBF site.
  • Members can participate in the JBF workshop at member prices*.
    *Registration fee is free or discount.
    *JBF workshops may not be held or limited to members only.

Supporting member

Membership Requirements
  • Applicants will agree with the objectives, projects and activities of JBF.
  • CROs and manufacturer (equipment, reagent, etc. ).
Benefits of Membership
  • Preferential rights for sponsorship at JBF symposiums
  • Discounts on sponsorship fees at JBF symposiums
  • Company name can be listed on the JBF site. Images can be posted by multiple applied units.
  • Free admission to the JBF symposium for two people/unit.
  • Members can participate in the JBF workshop at member prices*.
    *Registration fee is free or discount.
    *JBF workshops may not be held or limited to members only.

Application information

Membership dues (Term time is 1st April to 31th March)
Member (Pharma company)
  • One-year membership:25,000 yen
Supporting member
  • One-year membership: 60,000 yen/ 1 unit Minimum of 1 units (60,000 yen) or more
    ※There is no VAT charged on JBF membership dues

※The Membership dues will increase in FY2026 as follows.
・Pharma company:35,000 yen
・Supporting member: 70,000 yen/1 unit

JBF accept applications at any time.

How to Join

If you wish to become a member of JBF, please send your application forms to the Membership Department of JBF by E-mail.

Payment（For overseas companies ）

The fees is paid by bank transfer. Payment method will be announced separately.
Please make your payment in Japanese yen.

Others
  • The membership dues are non-refundable for any reason.
  • JBF will contact you for membership renewal procedures.
  • A member wishing to withdraw is kindly advised to contact JBF to inform.
